Lung Biobank
The HPS Network in collaboration with Vanderbilt University Medical Center maintains a bio repository for research regarding HPS Lung disease.
If you are considering a lung transplant and are interested in helping the Network by donating your old lung, the Biobank procurement details need to be given to your medical team. In addition, two documents need to be signed and witnessed. This can be done by downloading the documents from the links below and then returning them to the HPS Network via Fax (1 (516) 624-0640) or Email (info@hpsnetwork.org).
